Alot of people don't read reviews before they buy a game. And I'm sure there are alot of kids saying "mommy mommy! I wanna play spiderman!"
Plus if you read the previews it seemed a promising game. Too bad it didn't live up to it.
My main complaint though is Guitar Hero 2 prices for 3 songs. It is freakin rediculous, like 500 points for 3 songs which comes out to over 2 dollars per song. When you buy the game you get 70 songs for $64.94 after tax (US) which is less than a dollar per song. Just to big of a rip off for me, although I really want some of the songs they offer, but refuse to be ripped off.
Even though its not going to be on Live I am still looking forward to it, although I would love the achievment points. The Wii controller system, however, seems a very good fit for the game. I am reallly looking forward to it.
The fact that he is a lawyer baffles me. How did he pass his bars?
Some of the upscaling makes the games look better, and then again some of them just seem to make the games look blurry. This could be due to differences in the quality of the pictures taken but I really feel some of them look a little worse. Is there an option to turn off the upscaling if I was playing a game and didn't like the way it made it look?
In the original GH they made references to Freebird= final song of GH2. In GH2 they make references (ie: remember, no stairway!)to Stairway to Heaven. I think it will be in there. You know how Metallica is with their music rights (ie: napster) so that might be a long shot. Other than that the other bands seem very possible and I would also love to see them all included.

I hope you aren't serious about waiting for it to hit PS3, no plans to do so that I have heard of.
All of those songs f'n rock! I am so stoked to get my hands on the next installment of GH. I just wish Microsoft would have let the them have wireless controllers for GH2. That was bull, I never had one single wired controller for my 360 till the Explorer guitar.
There are so many AAA titles comming out for the $360 my bank account is being stretched enough. Gives me a little more time to get more money together.
The map packs I have bought I have felt have been worth it. But then again PC users have been given so many freebies it really is frustrating knowing that not only do we have to pay extra for the game itself, but we also have to pay monthly to play and extra for anything new that comes out (most of the time.)
One day someone will come out and say we will be free! And that is when their software sales go through the roof, with customers knowing that they will get more love wel...
Have yet to play a CoD game but I will definatly be picking this one up.
I feel his interview thing is quite different, although touching on the same subjects. I mean why can you be the only one that does a spoof on the next gen systems? If only one person was allowed to do something just because they did it first.....well we wouldn't have 3 great systems to be poking fun at right now.
